Hi, I’m Lisa

Therapy that actually makes sense

For neurodivergent individuals and neurodivergent and mixed neurotype couples that feel, stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected and want something that actually helps.

You don’t have to keep trying so hard to figure this out

You may be here because therapy has helped, but something still doesn’t fully click. Maybe you feel exhausted from masking, overwhelmed by your own mind, stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift, or disconnected in relationships even when you care deeply.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you don’t have to keep untangling it by yourself.

Hi, I’m Lisa

I work with neurodivergent individuals and couples who are often used to holding a lot internally thinking deeply, trying hard, and still feeling like something isn’t quite working.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a molecular biologist, and that still shapes how I think. I tend to notice patterns quickly, connect dots, and help make things that feel confusing start to make sense.

In therapy, I’m warm and engaged, but also direct. I won’t leave you guessing what I’m thinking or where we’re going but I also won’t overwhelm you or push you faster than you’re ready for.

A lot of my clients come in after trying other therapy and feeling like it helped, but didn’t fully click. Together, we slow things down, understand what’s actually happening, and build something that feels more sustainable.

I care deeply about the people I work with, and I want therapy to feel like a place where you don’t have to keep doing this alone.

How I Work

My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, relational, and grounded in helping things make sense.

I work with people who often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected not because they aren’t trying, but because they’ve often been working with systems, expectations, or therapy approaches that didn’t fully fit.

In our work together, I help you better understand patterns, reduce overwhelm, build self-trust, and improve connection in your relationships. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and paced in a way that helps you actually absorb and use what we’re working on.

I integrate approaches such as EMDR, ACT, RO-DBT, and Gottman Method, while staying flexible and responsive to what is actually helpful for you.

Who I Work With

I work with neurodivergent individuals and couples, including mixed neurotype relationships.

Many of the people I work with are ADHD, autistic, or AuDHD, and come in feeling exhausted from masking, overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, or stuck in patterns that are hard to shift even when they understand themselves deeply.

I also work with couples who care deeply about each other, but keep getting caught in miscommunication, shutdown, overwhelm, or repeated conflict. Often, both people are trying but still missing each other in painful ways.

Whether we’re working individually or relationally, my goal is to help you better understand what’s happening, reduce shame, and create something that feels more sustainable.
